Eh Monkeh!

Luang Prabang is temple town. There are Wats everywhere, and more monks than tourists. The first photos is of me and a new friend at the top of a wat in the centre of town. we climbed some stupid number of stairs to reach it and went early in the morning before the exhausting heat set in and it was worth it for the view of the town. The second photo is a bad quality pic i took on our last morning when we got up at dawn to see the locals giving alms to the monks. And the third is of Chris the Dawdler (in pink Tin Tin au Cambodge t shirt) being overtaken by some young friendly monks.
