Oh how i loved Nepal! 5 days was NOT enough! I want to go back asap, tho we did leave in the middle fo a bandh (nationwide strike thanks to the maoists - all roads closed, men with guns everywhere) so maybe i will wait just a little while.
Nepal is a seriously magical, beautiful country and now that i am in India i really appreciate it!! Unfortunately the weather was really bad when we were in Kathmandu so i only glimpsed the Himalayas.
If anyone is interested in accompanying me and two hilarious girls from Melbourne we will be returning in two years to go to base camp. RSVP by 12th january 2008.
